Filter / Standard deviation

Description

Filter genes on the basis of their standard deviation.

Parameters

Percentage to filter out (0...1) [0.997]

Details

Genes are filtered according to their standard deviation from the gene mean. Deviation is expressed as a percentage of data to be filtered out (eg. 3 SDs = 99.7%).

Output

A tabular text file containing only the genes that pass the filter.
